Specialised competence centre for AD(H)D

Understand. Connect. Change.

We accompany children, adolescents, adults, parents, couples and families in better understanding the challenges of a life with AD(H)D and in shaping their everyday life sustainably.

At NAHVA you do not have to justify yourself or explain AD(H)D first.

01

Recognising challenges

AD(H)D affects more than attention or behaviour. It shapes relationships, family, school, training, work and daily life together. Many of those affected receive a diagnosis or individual recommendations, yet the decisive question remains unanswered:

How does everyday life work now?

04

How we work

Analysing the situation together

We identify stressful patterns and name the resources that are already there. The focus is not on deficits.

Developing strategies that fit

No standardised programmes, no one-size-fits-all coaching. What emerges has to fit your everyday life — not the other way round.

Involving the environment where it helps

Parents, school, the training company or other caregivers join in when it makes sense.

What NAHVA deliberately is not

Transparency matters to us. That is why we clearly distinguish our services from other offerings.

  • No psychotherapy or medical treatment

We do not make diagnoses, do not carry out psychotherapeutic or medical interventions and do not adjust medication.

  • Not an emergency or crisis service

We are not reachable around the clock. In acute psychiatric or medical crises we refer you to the responsible specialist and emergency services.
