You describe your question by message. For requests received by 2 p.m. we guarantee a reply on the same working day.

You receive a professional assessment and concrete next steps — from someone who knows your story.
What the Pocket Coach is not
Not a chat with artificial intelligence and not an anonymous counselling platform. Every request is answered personally by a qualified specialist.
- No substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment, no diagnostics, no medication advice.
- Not an emergency or crisis service and not reachable around the clock.
- No comprehensive case coordination. Regular exchange with school, therapy or specialist services takes place by arrangement as an additional professional service.

No one should have to forgo necessary support for financial reasons. That is why a limited number of subscriptions is offered at the special rate.
Granted after a simple check: confirmation from the social welfare authority, disability insurance, or the last three months' payslips.
The special rate is redeemed via a discount-code field at checkout. No disclosure in the ordering process.
The subscription includes reasonable use of the agreed services. Repeatedly exceptionally extensive requests can, after prior discussion, be handled within a regular consultation appointment.
